Phoenix Memorial takes great pride in its turn around time. Once the full order is received and approved, the average turnaround time is 10-12 calendar days to your location.
Can I have my order rushed?
Not a problem, would you need a rush on a particular order please contact our customer care department and they will gladly assist you in that matter.
Is there a charge for a rush order?
An additional charge will only incur if overnight shipping is requested.
Do you offer overnight shipping services? Is there an extra cost?
Absolutely! Overnight shipping will incur costs of minimum of $40 and more depending on the size & weight of your order.
My package arrived damaged or empty, what do I do?
No panic, we got this. Please take a picture of your damaged package and send it in so we can process a claim and place remake for you as soon as possible
